How to Shop

1. Browse Products

Start by choosing a supplier collection from the homepage. Each supplier card shows the current order deadline and pickup schedule. Browse products, use the search bar, or filter by category to find what you need.

2. Add Items to Your Cart

Click on any product to see details including pricing, unit size, and minimum order quantity. Most items are available by the case. Add items to your cart from any supplier — you can mix and match across collections in a single order.

3. Review Your Cart

Open your cart to review items, adjust quantities, or remove products. Your cart total determines your volume discount tier — the more you order, the more you save. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

4. Place Your Order

When you are ready, proceed to checkout. Enter your payment information — your card will be saved securely but will not be charged until your order is ready for pickup. Submit your order before the supplier deadline shown on the homepage.

5. Wait for Pickup Notification

After the order deadline, your order is sent to the supplier. Once it arrives at the co-op and has been reviewed by our staff, your card will be charged and you will receive an email notification that your order is ready.

6. Pick Up Your Order

Come to the co-op during the pickup hours listed on the supplier card. Let Customer Service know you have a Provisions order and they will assist you at the receiving area. Please pick up your order promptly after receiving your notification.
