Pricing
Provisions pricing has two components: a Base Price and Volume Discounts.
Base Price
For most items, Provisions base pricing is lower than retail. Some exceptions apply: Co+op Deals and Co+op Basics items are already offered at low prices in store, so savings compared to retail may vary for those products.
Volume Discounts
Additional volume discounts apply automatically based on your total cart value at checkout:
Co+op Deals
Co+op Deals sale pricing is available on Provisions. Volume discounts stack with Co+op Deals prices, making the Deals collection one of the best opportunities for savings on Provisions.
Due to order lead time, the start and end dates of Co+op Deals sale periods on Provisions begin and end earlier than the in-store dates. The start and end dates for each period are listed on the homepage and at the top of the Co+op Deals collection page.
Ordering
Order Quantities
Most items are available in case quantities only, for example: cases of 12 cans of beans or 6 bottles of salad dressing. Some categories, like wellness products, may be available in smaller quantities. Item listings will specify the unit of measure being ordered and minimum order quantity if applicable.
Order Deadlines and Pickup Schedule
Order deadlines and pickup days vary by supplier and are displayed in two areas on the Provisions site: on each supplier card on the homepage, and at the top of each supplier collection page.

Place your order before the deadline to be included in that delivery cycle. We do not back-order items.
By submitting your order, you are agreeing to pay for it.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally items are out of stock or unavailable at the time of fulfillment. If an item from your order does not arrive from the supplier, it will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it. Please re-order the item with your next order.
Product Availability
The Provisions catalog is updated regularly with new items added and discontinued items removed. However, the catalog is not a real-time representation of supplier inventory. There may be differences between what is listed on Provisions and what a supplier has available at any given time. If you believe a product is missing from the Provisions site, please reach out and let us know.
Payment and Pickup
When you place your order, your payment method is saved securely but not charged right away. Once your order has arrived and been reviewed by our staff for any out of stocks or errors, it will be marked as ready for pickup and your card will be charged at that time. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order is ready.
All orders are picked up from the Co-op receiving area. When you arrive, let Customer Service know you have a Provisions order waiting and they will assist you. Please do not attempt to go into Receiving without a employee.
Please pick up your order in a timely manner after receiving your notification.
Returns
Please review your cart carefully before submitting an order. Provisions items are only returnable if they arrive damaged and have not yet left the co-op premises. If your order arrives damaged, let us know before leaving and we can process a return.
Provisions items are not returnable once they have left the co-op.
